We have the pleasure to invite you to take part in the work of the 31th ECPDInternational Summer School on Management of Healthcare Institutions (hereinafter: School), devoted to a highly topical issue: Digitalisation And Artificial Intelligence In Enhancing Healthcare Management. This ECPD International Summer Schoolcontinues with current topics in the field of health management and extends the tradition of gathering health managers and other decision makers in health care systems from the region of South-East and Central Europe.
One of the leading goals of the School is to analyze system solutions and opportunities provided by the development and implementation of digital technology and artificial intelligence in order to improve the efficiency, quality and sustainability of health systems. A special focus will be on the implementation of actual digital solutions, examples of good practice and challenges in the field of regulation, ethics and data protection in healthcare.

- QUALITY MANAGEMENT: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE WORK OF STATE AND PRIVATE HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS
- THE NEED FOR CONTINUOUS TRANSFORMATION OF HEALTH SYSTEMS FOR ACHIEVING SUSTAINABILITY OF QUALITY IN HEALTHCARE – the role of innovation, education and regional cooperation, and other current topics.
As a part of the Program, thematic Workshops will be organized, focused on the analysis of comparative experiences of the countries in the region in dealing with some current issues.

School Organization
The lectures are held every weekday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a note that the opening of the School is scheduled for Monday 22.06. at 4:00 p.m.
Apart from the theoretical presentations delivered by the lecturers, in the framework of each topic there will be panel discussions and case studies.
The School participantswill be provided with course handouts necessary for effective lecture attendance and study after finalization of the School, as well as all authorized presentations. In order to enable participants to master the lectures successfully, simultaneous translation will be provided.
Certificate
Based on participation during the classes and acquired knowledge and skills during the work of the School, the participants will receive Certificate of the ECPD UN University for Peace, which is internationally and nationally accredited.
Application Form and Participation Fee
The participation fee for the ECPD International Summer School amounts 690 EUR. For payments made until 31 March 2026, the registration fee is 590 EUR.

Hotel Accommodation
The School participants are provided accommodation at the Hotel Splendid in Budva (www. montenegrostars.com, tel: +382 33 773 777), at which the School will be held, at preferential rates.
Accommodation on a Half-Board Basis will be charged at the reduced price of:
- 208 EUR + bto per day for a single room – mountain view
- 272 EUR + bto for a double room (for two people) – mountain view
The surcharge for a room with a sea view is an additional 20 EUR per room per day, and for a Premium room (central block/higher floors) is 40 EUR per room per day.
