International Program for Euro-Asian Educational Exchange
On February 28th, 2023, the 75th session of the International Academic Council of the European Center for Peace and Development of the University for Peace established by the United Nations was held in Madrid. In order to promote the development of cooperation of Euro-Asian countries, with the aim of strengthening peace, development and international cooperation, the ECPD International Chair for Euro-Asian Studies was established on that occasion. Within the Chair, a special program was established entitled "International Program for Euro-Asian Educational Exchange".
The International Program for Euro-Asian Educational Exchange was founded with the aim of international transfer of knowledge and best practices through educational exchange and cooperation programs, thus promoting the development of cooperation of Euro-Asian countries.
The Program will strive to achieve its aims by implementing the following activities:
i) organizing and conducting of the International Postgraduate Study Programs on all study levels (Specialist, Master's, Doctoral and Post-Doctoral);
ii) organizing and conducting specialist postgraduate schools, instructive and other training and courses and specialist seminars;
iii) organizing international academic conferences, roundtables, workshops and other scientific meetings;
iv) conducting international scientific research;
v) organizing educational exchange for professors, experts and scholars, as well as the students from Euro-Asian countries,
vi) organizing internships;
vii) organizing academic visits to international organizations and renowned enterprises, etc.
