| INTERNATIONAL POSTGRADUATE MASTER STUDIES IN DIPLOMACY 2012/2013 |

European Center for Peace and Development (ECPD) University for Peace established by the United Nations is proud to offer the excellent programme of its International Postgraduate Master Studies in Diplomacy. This program offers to the postgraduate students the highest level of academic achievement, and requires a lot of dedication and systematic work. The choice of subjects, teaching methods and world-renowned professors guarantee quality and interesting studies that provide students with a high level of knowledge that is compulsory for a successful career in the realm of international organizations and economic diplomacy. Post-graduate studies at master level lasting four semesters will begin on October 28, 2012 by formal inauguration at ECPD Headquarters in Belgrade. The total length of time to be devoted to lectures, exercises and other forms of didactic work has been determined in accordance with the Charter and Statute of the United Nations’ University for Peace, as well as the ECPD Statute. In carrying out its programme of instruction in the area of diplomacy, the ECPD applies the basic teaching methods, such as: lectures, face-to-face consultations, case studies, interactive team work and individual projects
The ECPD values quality and is rigorous with the selection criteria for its students. We are looking for students who will bring something extra to the programme, people who will ultimately be ambassadors for the ECPD studies in diplomacy and, hence, people upon whom we will be proud to bestow the ECPD UN University for Peace diplomas. A university degree or equivalent classification awarded by an approved academic institution or a final qualification of a professional body acceptable to the University of Peace ECPD is compulsory. Use of English language is necessary. Our Diplo-matic Studies Program is a post-experience qualification designed preferably for participants who have working experience. Completed Master Studies grant 120 ECTS.
